RHOBH star Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, are in trouble this time around!
The pair have been named in a fraud, breach of contract and deceit lawsuit!
The law dramzz are surfacing in the wake of the reality television couple's P.U.M.P lounge opening in West Hollywood!
According to court documents filed on Wednesday, Mizz Pump and Jiggy's dada are accused of intentional interference with a contract and violation of competition law!
Let us break it down for you:
In 2009, restaurateurs Ryan Carrillo and Andrew Gruver allegedly wanted to open a gay sports bar called Bar Varsity in West Hollywood!
They apparently entered into an agreement with Elie Samaha to open at a property he owned (formerly known as Java Detour), which was a coffee shop!
The owner agreed to a monthly rent of $4,000 and also put up a supposed $500,000 as an investor!
The trouble started when Elie wasn't following through with his initial investment, which was supposed to fund demolition and restoration of the project!
Instead, he allegedly pressured Ryan and Andrew to obtain more investors!
No one wanted to invest in the end, and the project came to a standstill because Elie reportedly stopped answering calls!

Whew!
Then, in February of 2013, the BV peeps found out their Java Detour location was bought by P.U.M.P. Lounge (which is Lisa and Ken's newest venture!)
So much caffeinated dramatics…we're feeling the buzz!
The Plaintiffs (Bar Varsity) are seeking millions in damages including compensatory damages from Ken & Lisa and an emergency injunction from even going near (remodeling, demolishing) the P.U.M.P. Lounge location until the dust has settled!
A jury trial has been demanded, and we hope Jiggy makes a courtroom appearance!
