The singer and his It Girl Jordin Sparks just returned from Bora Bora weekend, with Jason tweeting:

‘Cause why go to a secluded tropical getaway when you OWN one?!?
According to public records, not-anytime-soon Mr. Jordin Sparks doled out $1.75 million for a NINE bedroom/NINE bathroom house in a nature preserve in his native South Florida at the end of last year.
The house is on protected ground, but obviously The Sky’s the Limit for Mr. Derulo and his digs!
